You can track the status of your order by selecting your order from the "My Orders" field on the My Account page, and you can see the status of your products from the order statuses.

You can find detailed information about order statuses below.

Preparing: It is the order status indicating that your payment has been checked and the order has fallen into the system.

Prepared: At this stage, the invoice of your product is issued and then indicates the order status to be delivered to the cargo according to the shipping type you selected during the order.

Shipped: This is the status indicating that your product has been prepared and shipped.

Completed: It is the status that the product has been delivered.

If the product you ordered is already in stock, your reservation is made immediately and your order can be switched to 'Prepared' status.

When your order is packaged and delivered to cargo, its status changes and the shipping process starts.

You can make your payments when shopping from Vividus Cosmetics;

● You can use a Credit/Debit Card.

You can follow the details of your delivery from the "My Orders" area on the My Account page.

● You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. You can find the cargo tracking link in the e-mail sent to you.

● When your order is distributed, you will be informed by the cargo company via SMS.

The specified dates are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery time of the cargo company.

You can easily return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, free of charge, within the return conditions by applying to Vividus Kozmetik within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo.

Return Conditions:

● In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal;

● The purchased product must be in its original box, unopened and undamaged,

● To be accompanied by all complementary accessories,

● If any, it must be sent at the same time with promotional and campaign products given as a gift, undamaged and complete.

● It must be sent with your invoice for your corporate company shopping. There is no need for an invoice for individual shopping.

● According to the distance sales contract, Vividus Kozmetik is obliged to refund all prices within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification that the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, provided that the return conditions are met. Return requests exceeding 14 days cannot be processed.

● The right of withdrawal is not valid for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (perfume, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, epilators, shavers, etc.).

For your invoice, we recommend that you first check the e-mail address registered in your account.

● For your invoice, you should first check the top and inside of the shipping box and your product packaging.

If you are an e-invoice payer; the invoice of these products can be sent by e-mail within approximately 7 days from the date of order. The specified period must expire before you can view your invoice. At the end of the period, you can check your e-mail address registered in your account.

● If you have not received your invoice, you can contact us through our communication channels.

If you have placed an order through your company that you are an e-invoice payer; your invoice is transmitted through the Revenue Administration (GIB) system, you can check it.
